Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking a contract Marketing Automation Specialist to support our Marketing team with essential digital campaigns and web updates. This is a remote role, 37.5 hours per week, immediately and running through the end of June, with potential for extension or full-time hire. The pay range for this position is $36 to $41/ hour on a W2

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage email marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including segmentation setup to ensure timely and accurate delivery to target audiences.
• Utilize existing email templates for campaign deployment.
• Make minor content and template updates in WordPress as needed.
• Replicate and adjust digital ad placements on Google and Meta platforms, following provided guidelines and campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with marketing team members to execute plans efficiently and accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (segmentation, campaign setup, scheduling).
• Working knowledge of WordPress for content and template updates.
• Hands-on experience running or updating paid digital ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Ability to follow established processes, ensure data accuracy, and adjust existing assets as needed.
• Nonprofit sector experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and teamwork skills.
